At Cluck & Cauldron, we believe in crafting meaningful goods and magical experiences — from local harvests and herbal creations to digital downloads full of charm and know-how. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle refunds and returns.
🌿 Local Sales (In-Person Pickups & Markets)
We sell small-batch, seasonal goods — often perishable, handmade, or one-of-a-kind. For this reason:
- All local sales are final once the item is picked up or delivered.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Eggs, herbs, or plants
- Tinctures, infused oils, or consumables
- Handmade or small-batch items
- Custom orders or seasonal bundles
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not up to snuff, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup so we can work our cottage magic to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
📥 Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., eBooks, printable guides, digital recipes), all sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
If you experience any technical issues (like a file that won’t open), please email us at bee@cluckandcauldron.com and we’ll do our best to fix the problem or resend your files.

- We currently do not offer shipping, so all transactions are either digital or local.
- We don’t issue refunds for missed pickup windows or failure to download digital files — but if something went sideways, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
